Simon used to be an IT Manager with a passion for camping. In 2017 he retrained as a caravan and motorhome engineer. Here's his story in his own words.
Passionate About the Motorhome Lifestyle
Having my own motorhome and the lifestyle that has opened up led me to do something that challenges me and I am passionate about, while meeting and supporting like-minded motorhomers and campers. My customers are fellow campers with similar passions and stories to tell.
This winter we were lucky enough to spend 6 weeks touring Spain in our new-to-us 'Hailey the Bailey' Autograph. A trip we've been dreaming about for a while and it didn't disappoint. Previously, we have travelled the entire coast of France in our Auto-Trail and it was fantastic to finally make it to Spain.
I love talking about places we've visited, or plan to visit, with my customers. They always have some great advice on what to see and do as well as what to avoid!

Since Simon started Mobile Camper Care in 2017, he's got busier and busier. Dawn is very excited to now be part of the family business. When you book or make an enquiry, you'll most likely be speaking to Dawn, who is just as friendly, efficient and helpful as Simon.

In 2019 Mobile Camper Care became a member of The Approved Workshop Scheme — the only certification scheme supported by all the major UK manufacturers. Our competence as caravan engineers is reviewed annually by a team of independent AWS assessors, and we abide by the Approved Workshop Scheme's strict code of practice, which means you can expect excellent customer service when you hire us. You can be confident that we're qualified to required standards, our caravan repairs are guaranteed, and any active warranties are protected.
We have completed onsite training with all the leading appliance suppliers and are approved to repair, under warranty, if required.
An AWS badge means that our mobile workshop meets rigorous standards and complies with all the necessary professional and technical requirements.
