AWS Approved Touring Caravan & Motorhome Servicing
Mobile Camper Care is a certified member of the AWS (Approved Workshop Scheme), giving you peace of mind that the technician working on your tourer or motorhome is qualified to the required standards. Repairs are normally guaranteed for a minimum of six months and all reasonable steps are taken to protect the validity of any unexpired warranties. Our motorhome and caravan engineers have been trained and are approved by the following;
The Approved Workshop Scheme is a joint enterprise between the National Caravan Council (NCC), The Caravan and Motorhome Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club. The only scheme to be supported by all of the major UK manufacturers*, the Approved Workshop Scheme is the UK's largest group of independently assessed workshops and is seen as the benchmark for motorhome and touring caravan servicing in the UK. All certified workshops must pass an annual inspection by a team of independent assessors and must comply with the Scheme's rigorous standards. So you'll know that the right things are done, by the right people and to a high standard. For your peace of mind, always use an Approved Workshop to service your touring caravan or motorhome.
* Before booking a service please ensure, by checking the Approved Workshop Scheme supporters page, that the manufacturer of your product recognises the scheme for servicing during the warranty period.
MCEA is the UK’s largest network of independent service engineers and have been established since 2005. As independent businesses, our members work hard to deliver quality service at a competitive price. Added to this is the convenience of mobile servicing & repairs at your home, storage site or pitch.

Truma has been marketing accessories for caravans and motor homes in Germany since Philipp Kreis established the company in 1949. In over 65 years, Truma has developed into a successful international company that is still family-owned.
Back then, it all started with a gas lamp, which the company founder assembled himself in his living room. These days, Truma is a system supplier of heaters, air conditioning systems, hot water generators, manoeuvring assistants and gas supply in the caravan. Since the introduction of the Truma iNet System, digital networking has also become matter of course in everyday camping – and the search for innovative ideas continues every day.
